The ancient country farmhouse is located at the summit of a vast agricultural estate of centuries-old olive trees. The former farmhouse, cattle shed and barn were completely renovated in 2016. This created nine holiday apartments with all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a swimming pool. From here, guests enjoy a magnificent view of all of Lake Garda, from Malcesine to the Rocca di Manerba and the entire chain of Monte Baldo.
In 2017, the recovery of the underlying olive grove began. It is accessed through a characteristic country gate. Abandoned for decades, it is expected to be completely reclaimed in the next two years. In addition to hundreds of majestic centuries-old casaliva and gargnà olive trees, there are mulberry, elder, plum and hazelnut trees.
